K9: Dogs for adoption

Dogs appearing under this title are in registered K9 friends shelter. All K9 dogs are vaccinated and are neutered as breeding is not advocated. K9 do not home dogs to anyone under the age of 21 years.

A minimum donation will be required to cover veterinary costs. K9 dogs can be viewed on our website www.k9friends.com. Please contact K9 friends at 04-3474611 between 9am and 1pm everyday, except Friday, or you can E-mail us at k9@emirates.net.ae

STITCH 2 Dark ginger girl used to family life. Currently in a foster home looking for permanent abode.

TEXAS Brindle and white medium sized female. Nearly house trained and very friendly.

TUMBLE Medium sized saluki cross female with a very short stripy coat. Fully of love and energy.

TYSON Looks like a long legged fox! Tyson has heaps of personality and adores people.

FRANKIE Small to medium sized terrier mix female with a short black and white coat. Picked up with Johnny in Internet city.

HAZEL Two-year-old medium sized female, house trained. Previously in a foster home. Pretty brindle and white coat.

JOHNNY Medium sized brown male cross found in Internet City, obviously been a pet. Medium sized.

TINA Little short haired white girl, very sweet, used to living in a foster home so knows how to behave. Needs permanent place.

CHIPPENDALE Gorgeous German shepherd with one blueeye. Disastrous legs (hence the name) due to incorrect feeding and care but a lovely boy nonetheless who deserves a chance.

BO Gorgeous German shepherd with one blue eye. Disastrous legs due to incorrect feeding and care but a lovely girl.

NEON Lovely large male black saluki short coated. Sadly had his ear tips cut off. Adores people and seriously handsome.

FRED Pretty faced shy six-month-old puppy. Lovely and kind, needs to be brought out of himself.

WILMA Shy, pretty, six-month-old puppy.

ALI Corgi cross GSD, funny little legs and a long body. Cute as a button and twice as smart.

SPOTTY Bull terrier cross adores people not so keen on other dogs. Quirky face but very very sweet.

PYE Beautiful feathery coated large male border collie. Well trained and adores children. Devoted to people.

Abandoned pets

AP cares for the stray, injured or abandoned animals that come its way. All of its animals have been vaccinated, castrated, and are of various shapes, sizes and colours. Miko Japanese Akita pedigree male. Very friendly family dog, used to the company of children. Villa only please.
Bella Extremely affectionate female tortoiseshell cat. Bella has been kept in a spare room for two months as the foster home has many dogs. We are desperate to find her the home she deserves.

Panda Charming 18-month-old male pedigree Rottweiler. This family pet is used to children, cats and dogs. Very friendly and playful. Villa only please.

LOST DOG Johnboy is a one-year-old male white terrier, missing since September 15 near the American School of Dubai. Family is desperate, reward offered. Please call 050-5525165.

Please be aware of your dogs and cats all the time. We had several cases of stolen pets this month - be careful!
We are very grateful for any donations of pet food: cat, dog, bird etc and financial assistance towards vet bills is always highly appreciated. In fact we have a number of outstanding bills to be paid at several veterinary clinics this month which we are struggling to pay. We can arrange for you to pay directly to the clinic.
