An Indian girl, who grew up in the UAE, stands a chance of winning the Miss India crown

Aarpita Kaur, who grew up in Dubai’s Karama neighbourhood, beat 1,500 beauty queen hopefuls to enter the top 25 finalists of Miss India Femina contest. She is currently in Sri Lanka undergoing training for the big day on April 5 and is hoping to clinch the coveted crown.
“The auditions were a gruelling process but I am so happy and honoured that I made it to the top 25 contestants,” said Kaur in an interview with tabloid!.
