It’s already the second weekend after Expo 2020 Dubai began, and residents have a whole range of options to explore in Dubai. The extraordinary array of pavilions and their wide variety of activities at the Expo have only added to this extensive menu, giving us so much new ground to cover. Being held for the first time in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, Expo 2020 houses the pavilions of countries participating in the event as well as those of diverse organisations from across the world. The global show runs for 182 days until 31st March, 2022.

Visitors at the UK pavilion. The UK pavilion at Expo 2020, by architect and designer Es Devlin, is a mix of poetry and machine learning. Shaped like a giant wooden musical instrument, the structure is built with cross laminated timber, in order to reduce its environmental impact.
