Star duo attend Sakura Gardens launch, a new low-rise community in Dubailand

Dubai: Salman Khan and Nancy Ajram drew attention at the Emirates Golf Club on Wednesday when they appeared at the launch of Sakura Gardens, HRE Development’s new residential community in Falcon City of Wonders. The star presence added momentum to a project built around a growing shift in Dubai’s housing market.
“I live in India, but I have been spending a lot more time in Dubai. I come here every three to four months and it is growing so rapidly," Salman said. "It is just so beautiful. It has both East and West culture, which is so amazing. And I absolutely love it here.”
Lebanese singer, Nancy Ajram, performed some of her hit songs such as “Ah W Noss”, “Ya Tabtab wa Dallaa”, “Enta Eih”, “Fi Hagat”, “Akhasmak Ah”, “Badna Nwallea El Jaw”, and "Aam Betaala' Feek".
With more residents looking beyond dense tower clusters, developers have increasingly focused on suburban, nature-led masterplans. Sakura Gardens enters that space with a mix of apartments and townhomes set among courtyards, shaded walkways and a central park.
Wissam Breidy, CEO of HRE Development, said the project responds directly to changing priorities.
The project covers 49,000 sqm of land and 127,500 sqm of built-up area, offering studios through three-bedroom units, along with townhomes. HRE Development expects interest from families and professionals seeking larger layouts, competitive pricing and stronger rental yields in emerging areas of Dubailand.
