Mahira Khan’s next coming on Eid

The makers of Mahira Khan’s next film, the rather weirdly titled Saat Din Mohabbat In, have announced the film’s release date: Eid Al Fitr 2018 (which will be in June).

A joint production of Dawn Films and IMGC Global, the film is said to be a romcom directed by Meenu-Farjad. Khan has gone on record to say that she chose this project over the big-budget sequel to 2015’s blockbuster Jawani Phir Nahi Ani, because of the comic shades of her character named Neeli.

Saat Din Mohabbat In has Khan coming together with her hit Ho Mann Jahan co-star Sheheryar Munawar Siddiqi. The rest of the cast includes Jawed Shaikh, Amna Ilyas, Mira Sethi, Ayesha Omar, Aamir Qureshi, Hina Dilpazeer and Adnan Shah Tipu. The shooting for the film’s last spell is currently underway in Karachi.
