Traditional Uzbek singer Yulduz Usmonova will perform at the Madinat Theatre on October 13. Known in her country for her contribution to cultural development, Usmonova composes her own pieces and is known for performing in Uzbek, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and Tajik.
The show will also include a band, visual effects and dance performance elements. Her composition and performance is dedicated to traditional folk, contemporary excerpts and lighter fare, all reminiscent of the historical and cultural blend of the Silk Road.
