Janhvi, Arjun Kapoor reportedly performing at Sonam’s wedding

As the preparations for Sonam Kapoor’s wedding on May 8 are underway in Mumbai, it is being reported that cousins Janhvi and Arjun Kapoor will be performing at the star’s three-day affair.

Indian media are reporting that Jahnvi will be dancing to a number of songs picturised on her late mother, yesteryear actress Sridevi, who died in Dubai due to accidental drowning on February 24.

Mere Haathon Mein Nau Nau Churiyan Hai from Chandini, along with Kiski Ke Haath Ne Aayegi, from Chaalbaaz are some of the tracks that Janhvi will reportedly dance on.

Meanwhile, it is also being reported that cousin Arjun will team up with Bollywood star and Sonam’s distant relative, Ranveer Singh, to perform on Anil Kapoor’s popular song, My Name is Lakhan.

According to reports, filmmaker Karan Johar is also reportedly dancing to Sonam’s Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo title track from the Salman Khan film.

Insiders say the sangeeth ceremony will be held on May 8 in the evening.

Celebrities expected to attend include Sonam’s close friends in Bollywood, Jacqueline Fernandez, along with her Veere Di Wedding co-stars, Swara Bhaskar and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Following the wedding, Sonam is expected to head to the 71st Cannes Film Festival where she will walk the red carpet on May 14 and 15.
