Alia Bhatt starts shooting ‘Shandaar’

The Vikas Bahl film also stars Shahid Kapoor and his father Pankaj Kapur

After wooing the audience with her brilliant performances in Highway and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Alia Bhatt has begun shooting for her upcoming film Shandaar.

The film is directed by Vikas Bahl of Queen fame and has Shahid Kapoor playing Bhatt’s love interest.

“Today is day one of #Shaandaar !!!! Wish me luck. Start of a new beautiful journey!!! Wohoo,” Bhatt, 21, posted on Twitter.

Apart from Bhatt and Kapoor in lead roles, Shandaar also stars Pankaj Kapur and Sanjay Kapoor in pivotal roles.
