Boost for global meet on history of science in Arabia

Sharjah: The Emirates Investment Group has announced its support and sponsorship of the first international conference on the history of science among Arabs and Muslims, organised under the patronage of His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The conference will be held from March 24 to 27 at Sharjah University.

The conference 'Scientific contributions of Arabs and Muslims for the benefit of mankind' is organised by Sharjah University, in association with the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, and the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences.
