Bank to display masterpieces from its rare art collection

Dubai: Rare pieces from Deutsche Bank's extensive art collection will be exhibited at the Dubai International Financial Centre, West Wing, The Gate, from Sunday to December 4.

The exhibition is titled 'Bauhaus. Works from the Deutsche Bank Collection' and opening hours are from 9am to 9pm.

The selection of 55 paper works, on view, is dedicated to the Bauhaus school as one of the most influential artistic movements of the early 20th century.

In addition, the Start Fine Art Exhibition, held annually, is due to be held at the Green Art Gallery on December 2, in celebration of UAE National Day.

The one-day exhibition called 'Green & Orange', will start at 4pm and displays work from Dubai artists including established names Gita Meh and Sertac Tasdelien and children with special needs that Start works with every week.

There will be on-site art activities for families in the Gallery before the exhibition opens. Start is a non-profit programme established by Art Dubai and Al Madad Foundation.

In Dubai, Start hosts regular art education classes for children with special needs and for families who might not otherwise access the arts.
