InterContinental opens new suites in Jeddah

Dubai: InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has opened a new extended-stay property in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement on Sunday.

The Staybridge Suites, located at Jeddah’s Alandalus Mall, will serve as a transit location for visitors to Makkah, as well as travelling families.

Alandalus Malls is one of the city’s most popular shopping destinations, with over 13 million visitors annually, according to the statement.

The new hotel will have 164 suites: a mix of studios, and one and two bedroom suites.
