IHG to open new Holiday Inn in Dubai

Dubai:InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), the hotel operator, has signed a management agreement with Kingston Holdings International to develop a new Holiday Inn in Dubai’s Business Bay area.

The 350-room property is expected to open in 2021, and will form part of a mixed-use development that includes 400 residences and a shopping arcade.

The new hotel will add to IHG’s hotel pipeline in the area that includes a Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, and an InterContinental Residences.
