Hotel aims to attract the leisure segment from Downtown Dubai and the corporate segment from the Business Bay area
Dubai: Accor HotelServices Middle East has signed a management agreement with the Hiranandani Group, a real estate developer based in India, to develop an ibis Styles hotel in Dubai, located alongside Business Bay Canal. The hotel aims to attract the leisure segment from Downtown Dubai and the corporate segment from the Business Bay area, Accor said in a statement on Sunday. Additionally, Hiranandani Group stated that the ibis Styles brand is ideally positioned to take advantage of the growing demand for mid-scale hotel rooms in Dubai.
