Seiko has stepped into the spotlight with its most playful and meta watch release yet: two limited-edition “Pepsi” watches made in collaboration with Pepsi—the first time the iconic red-and-blue bezel has been officially licensed by a watchmaker.
The two new models, part of the Seiko 5 Sports line, bring fan-favorite styling to life with true Pepsi branding and quirky packaging. The SSK047 GMT features a black PVD-coated stainless steel case (42.5 mm), dual-time functionality, and a silicone strap embossed with the Pepsi logo—a first for the 5 Sports GMT series.
Meanwhile, the SRPL99 Diver model churns nostalgia with 1990s Pepsi aesthetics: a silver-white dial, brushed steel case and bracelet, a vintage Pepsi logo on the dial, and a red-and-blue rotating bezel. It’s a retro nod in stainless steel form.
Each watch is limited to 7,000 pieces, and both will be released in September 2025, delivered in collector-attracting Pepsi can-shaped packaging.
The pricing appears to maintain Seiko’s accessible pedigree—under $400 for at least one model—adding to their appeal as both fun and affordable collectibles.
This launch not only validates the long-standing “Pepsi” nickname among collectors—given first to Rolex GMTs and Seiko SKX divers—but also cements Seiko’s identity as a brand unafraid to embrace playful collaborations while honoring watch lore.
