Dubai: The developer wasl properties will shortly start leasing the 280 units at the wasl oasis II development in Muhaisnah. This will cover seven out of the 23 buildings forming the cluster. “The project was conceived to help re-invigorate an established area that is already popular with residents, with the ultimate aim being to re-assert the status of this important part of the city,” said Zainab Mohammad, CEO Property Management and Marketing, wasl properties. The wasl oasis II’s 23 buildings will have 1,244 residential units. The remaining 16 buildings will be put to lease in the first quarter of 2016.
