RAK Properties signs new contract with ART Marine

Ras Al Khaimah: RAK Properties PJSC, has announced that it has signed a marina management agreement with ART Marine. The marine company will operate the newly constructed Lagoon Marina, a waterfront community developed along the coastline of Ras Al Khaimah. The marina will commence operations in early January 2016 and will accommodate 56 berths for all types of boats up to 30 meters in length. With being connected to another project, Lagoon walk, the marina will offer a 1.2km promenade with cafes and restaurants on the beach.
