Dubai: The Dubai index recovered more than 2 per cent on Wednesday after tumbling more than 7 per cent in the previous session. The Dubai Financial Market General Index was up 2.26 per cent at 3,153.49 after a lower opening. The Dubai index has shed more than 25 per cent since the start of the month as plunging crude oil prices dented investor sentiment.
The Abu Dhabi general index also recovered to be 1.78 per cent higher at 3,961.33.
