RAK ICC, ADGM Courts and Abu Dhabi Global Market form partnership

DUBAI: RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts (ADGM Courts) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) have joined forces to boost dispute resolution services.

The three organisation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Thursday committing to exchange information and ideas, and to explore mutually beneficial initiatives and activities.

The partnership will give RAK ICC-registered businesses access to common law dispute resolution services at ADGM and ADGM Courts.
