Damac shares jump 3 per cent ahead of results

Dubai: Shares of Damac Properties jumped more than 3 per cent in early trade on Sunday ahead of its second quarter results on Tuesday.

The board will also recommend a distribution of interim dividends, the company said in a bourse statement. Damac Properties was up 2.19 per cent to be at Dh3.19.

The Dubai Financial Market General Index was also up 0.63 per cent higher at 4,169.13. The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange general index was also higher 0.16 per cent at 4,841.81.
