Hamdan approves the organisational structure of Dubai Department of Finance

DUBAI: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, issued Executive Council Resolution No. (19) of 2017 on the organisational structure of Dubai’s Department of Finance.

The resolution authorises the Director General of the Department of Finance to issue all required bylaws to implement this Resolution.

This resolution annuls Executive Council Resolution No. (8) of 2012, Executive Council Resolution No. (40) of 2014 and any other legislation that contradicts or challenges its articles. This resolution is valid from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
