DFM spearheads Emiratisation drive

Dubai: Financial Market (DFM) announced yesterday that it had successfully maintained a record level Emiratisation initiative in 2009, as it continues to attract talented UAE nationals, as well as expatriates to pursue its development plans.

The total DFM workforce increased by 5 per cent in 2009.

Dubai Financial Market's human resources policy is based on a set of mechanisms which ensure that the best methods of attracting, retaining and developing the workforce are deployed across the business, including a variety of bespoke training programmes, the company said in a press release.
