Dubai: The symposium organised around the recent Rotating Machinery Technology & Innovation (RoTIC) event in Dubai looked at the possibilities of turning ‘ideas into actionable benchmarks’.

Of course, sustainability factors got a major mention during the event, as did the possibilities of harvesting more low carbon emission. Also up for dissection was to decarbonize gas turbines.

The industry finds itself ‘poised to transcend boundaries and redefine industry norms’, said Samuel Benedict of Aldrich Energy, the organiser. “With each solution pioneered, we are not only addressing challenges, but setting new benchmarks for performance across varied sectors.”

There were 70 plus participating companies that included Sipchem, QingCheng Ltd., and Siemens Energy.
