Sharjah Ruler issues Emiri Decree approving Department of Civil Aviation organisational structure

His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree No. 62 of 2017 approving the organisational structure of the Government of Sharjah Department of Civil Aviation. The Executive Council shall issue, by virtue of its resolutions, the detailed organisational structure of the department and the necessary actions to implement this Decree, including adopting descriptions of the functions of each of the organisational units in the department, and the creation, merger or cancellation of any organisational units in line with the general organisational structure stipulated in the Decree. The Decree is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette. The Decree also annuls any other legislation that contradicts its provisions.
