Etihad bookings glitch due to technical issues

Etihad Airways on Wednesday sent out alerts to its customers notifying them of technical glitches surrounding some bookings. In a statement to Gulf News, an Etihad spokesperson said the airline was working closely with its systems provider to resolve the situation.

“Customers are advised to ignore any cancellation notification received. Bookings will be reinstated and original flight plans will not be impacted,” the carrier said in the statement.
