Emirates staff get 5-weeks bonus after record profit

Dubai: Emirates Group staff will receive five weeks bonus salary after it reported its highest ever profit on Tuesday.

In an email to staff, seen by Gulf News, Emirates told employees they would receive five weeks “profit share”. An Emirates spokesperson confirmed the bonus to Gulf News.

Emirates Group said on Tuesday it made Dh8.2 billion in the 12 months to March 31, up 50 per cent compared to the previous year.

Emirates Group employed 95,000 staff by the end of March.
