Cyprus Air receives investment interest from Triple Five

Nicosia Cyprus Airways Public said it received a letter of interest from Triple Five Group, a Canadian finance and development company, to invest in the Nicosia-based airline.

"The interest shown by Triple Five comes under certain terms which will have to be agreed to with the government, the main shareholder in the company, before a final proposal from Triple Five is made," according to an e-mailed statement from Cyprus Air on Friday.
