Ajman exempts businesses from late license renewal fines

Ajman will exempt businesses in the emirate from late license renewal fines that were accumulated before January 2018, according to a resolution by His Highness Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman.

The resolution aims to exempt local businesses from fines provided that they renew their licence during the period of exemption, which starts from the first day of Ramadan and will last until December 31, 2018.

Shaikh Humaid also issued another resolution reducing fees for registering and approving lease contracts by five per cent of the tenancy contract’s value.
