ADGM court fees get nod of approval

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the capital’s international financial centre, announced that its board of directors has approved the fees of ADGM Courts after a public consultation on May 9.

The Chief Justice, Lord David Hope of Craighead, also enacted the ADGM Court Procedure Rules, and issued supporting Practice Directions, which all detail the courts’ practices.

The enactment of ADGM Courts’ fees and the set of rules marks the completion of the courts’ foundational regulations.
