As part of the Future Falcons program that aims to attract more UAE children to golf, the Par 3 Challenge at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club is one of many events that the Federation will host this year in order to bring the UAE National golfing community together. On Saturday 33 juniors from the ages of 4 and 16, competed in 3 categories, beginners, intermediate and advanced. Each category had a different level of difficulty by the number of holes they played.

“We want to host more events to bring our community together but more importantly we want to give junior golfers the opportunity to play on the golf course. Utilizing the Par 3 courses around the UAE will accomplish this goal” said Akram Skaik Director General of the Emirates Golf Federation.

The Future Falcons program was created in 2016 as a recreational and mass participation platform evolving to become a sustainable long-term structure and framework for the game. The Future Falcons junior golf program aims to educate, engage, and inspire youngsters in a bid to unearth the next generation of golfing talent.
