Indian tennis star Sania Mirza took to Instagram to share her weight loss transformation. She wrote: “89 kilos vs 63. We all have goals. Everyday goals and long term goals. Take pride in each one of those. It took me four months to achieve this goal of mine, to get back to being healthy and fit after having a baby feels like such a long way.to come back and regain fitness and being able to compete at the highest level again. Follow your dreams. No matter how many people tell you, you can’t because God knows how many of those we have around us. Sharing one such update on Instagram, she wrote: “Day 11- Cause it’s been a while I posted. PS -- best way to kill the longest 2 minutes of your life while planking, play games on your phone. It’s the only way 2 minutes weren’t feeling like 2 hours. On a serious note - more dynamic and more cardio was being introduced by this point as I was feeling stronger.
