Dubai experiences the second-highest impact on rankings due to rent increases averaging 25 per cent. Abu Dhabi, on the other hand, sees relatively lower housing movement, with changes ranging between 6-8 per cent. Despite higher rankings, the UAE's cost of living remains competitive compared to major global cities.
