Hooda spent a lot of his childhood with his grandma (pictured). His parents worked in the Middle East, he said in an interview to give him a better life. He remembers the feeling of ‘abandonment’. Image Credit: Instagram

His parents tried to get him to become a doctor. This landed the parents in conflict with the son and in his school – DPS RK Puram in Delhi – he rebelled. He got into so much trouble, they nicknamed him Randeep ‘Don’ Hooda. Image Credit: Instagram
