Thapar institute unveils state-of-the-art AI data center with NVIDIA DGX systems
TIET sets benchmark in AI research, education with cutting-edge NVIDIA-powered data center
Punjab, India: Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), a leader in engineering and technology education, has launched a state-of-the-art data center under the Thapar School of Advanced AI and Data Science (TSAAI).
Equipped with NVIDIA DGX systems powered by H100 and A100 Tensor Core GPUs, the facility boasts an AI performance of 227 petaflops and nearly 8 terabytes of GPU memory. This advanced infrastructure supports cutting-edge research, complex data analysis, and AI-driven innovation, solidifying TIET’s position as a trailblazer in India’s AI landscape.
