JP Morgan makes new appointments in Middle East

They will be responsible for building and managing JP Morgan’s regional presence across all lines of business



Dubai: JP Morgan said it has appointed Khaled Hobballah and Karim Tannir as joint senior country officers for the Middle East and North Africa (Mena).

They will be responsible for building and managing JP Morgan’s regional presence across all lines of business and will play a significant role in delivering the firm’s global capabilities to local clients, the investment bank and financial services company said in a statement.

Hobballah joined JP Morgan in 2004 in London as part of the emerging markets financial institutions derivatives marketing team, focusing on the Mena region. Tannir joined JP Morgan in 1995 as part of the Mena global markets team before moving into the Investment Banking Coverage M&A team based in London.
