Prime Healthcare Group, a leading healthcare provider in the region, successfully organised the 6th edition of Prime Walk Day at Al Mamzar Beach, as part of its commitment to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among its employees. This initiative aligns with the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge, a city-wide campaign launched by His Highness Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, urging residents to engage in 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 consecutive days.

The event witnessed an impressive turnout of over 600 participants from various departments of the Prime Healthcare Group, all coming together to celebrate the importance of fitness and well-being. Prime Walk Day served as a testament to the organisation's dedication to fostering a culture of health and wellness within its workforce.

The Mamzar Beach location provided a stunning backdrop for the event, with participants enjoying a refreshing morning walk along the beachfront, creating a sense of camaraderie and team spirit. The atmosphere was filled with energy and enthusiasm as employees actively participated in the various categories of walking & running, promoting not only physical health but also mental well-being.
