Now, customers heading to Flying Tiger Copenhagen UAE, an international Danish variety store, will be able to self-checkout at their Dubai Hills Mall outlet.
MishiPay, a global leader in mobile self-checkout solutions, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen UAE announced the successful launch of their Scan & Go technology and Self-Checkout Kiosk system at the Dubai Hills Mall in a press release on Wednesday.
The innovative Scan & Go solution allows shoppers to bypass the traditional checkout process by using their mobile phones to scan and pay for items directly within the Flying Tiger Copenhagen UAE store. Simultaneously, MishiPay’s self-checkout kiosks offer an efficient, space- and cost-saving alternative to traditional checkout systems.
Ease of use and convenience
In the last 5 months, over 60 per cent of the customers used the self-checkout kiosks consistently every month, a testament to the system's ease of use and convenience.
The release added that the innovative technology empowers customers with a seamless shopping experience and provides real-time recommendations that increase the basket size. The kiosks also reduce operational costs, allowing more focus on customer service and enhancing in-store experiences.
