Fast Track Solutions delivers 10 years of excellence in the UAE healthcare sector

UAE-based medical recruitment agency Fast Track Solutions completed 10 years of delivering excellence this March and celebrated the milestone with a gala dinner in Dubai. The firm has played a crucial role in driving the UAE healthcare sector’s growth by connecting senior and specialty medical professionals with relevant offices in the UAE.

“When we launched Fast Track Solutions back in 2013, there weren’t many local players. Most in the healthcare recruitment business were abroad and charged hospitals exorbitantly for their services. We realized we could offer better services as a local agency - and at a better price point,” says Seema Zaidi, Director and Founder, Fast Track Solutions.

She adds that over the past ten years, as Fast Track Solutions has grown, it has also seen the healthcare sector grow and thrive. “From mostly government hospitals to private institutions with the latest tech, UAE’s medical sector has grown leaps and bounds in the past 10 years.,” she says.

With the growth of the healthcare industry came new technology, and the need for specialized doc-tors and operators of this new tech.

In the current market, says Zaidi, the burgeoning healthcare sector of the UAE is seeing a rising demand for both doctors with local experience; those who understand the UAE’s regulations and insurance protocols; and doctors with international expertise. Fast Track Solutions therefore has a team of recruiters who source professionals locally as well as internationally. Sometimes, if a doctor with a sub specialization is required, it may also reach out to its collaborators in countries such as the USA, UK, Germany, France etc.

For most doctors, relocating to the UAE seems like a good idea because of the friendly working conditions, lucrative salaries and prestigious 10-year Golden Visa, which offers them many benefits.

The way it works is simple, says Zaidi; a team of experts source candidates from across the globe based on UAE hospitals’ specific requirements.

After a successful decade of practice in the UAE, Fast Track Solutions is looking at the GCC market. “In the past two years, we have started recruiting professionals for Saudi Arabia. Now, we are trying to expand operations to the Gulf Cooperation Council,” she says.

Asked about the key to the firm’s success, Zaidi points to consistency. “I believe in consistency; it is the real driver for growth. From a small agency that believed in big things Fast Track Solutions has grown because we deliver consistently to our clients,” she adds.

That diligence is appreciated by its clients. Dr Luiy Al Khatib, consultant orthopedics and sports medicine, is full of praise for Fast Track Solutions.
