Yemen lawmaker killed in ambush

Sanaa: Yemeni lawmaker Saleh Al Hindi was killed in an ambush in the country's rebel hotbed northern region on Friday, a tribal source said.

Hindi's son was also killed in the attack, the source said.

It was not clear who was behind the attack on Hindi, who is a staunch supporter of government efforts to subdue rebels in the Saada province.
