The airdrop of aid to Gaza conducted as part of the ‘Operation Chivalrous Knight 3'
The UAE and Jordan have carried out the 54th humanitarian airdrop into the Gaza Strip as part of the ‘Operation Chivalrous Knight 3’, delivering life-saving supplies to civilians in isolated areas that remain inaccessible by land.
Since the launch of the initiative, a total of 3,725 tonnes of food and relief materials have been airdropped over Gaza using 193 aircraft missions. These drops have included essential food items and vital supplies aimed at meeting the urgent needs of families living under catastrophic humanitarian conditions.
The UAE underscored that the operation reflects its unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and providing rapid assistance to displaced and affected civilians. Guided by a firmly established humanitarian policy, the UAE has been one of the leading contributors of relief to Gaza, accounting for more than 44 percent of all international aid that has reached the territory.
The UAE reaffirmed that supporting the Palestinian population will remain a top humanitarian priority. It also pledged to continue working closely with regional and international partners to ensure that aid reaches those in greatest need by every available route—land, sea and air.
