Dubai: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai has announced the official working hours during the Eid Al Adha holiday, which will begin on Thursday, June 5, with work resuming on Monday, June 9, 2025.

The Directorate confirmed that the Customer Happiness Center at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall) will continue operating 24/7 throughout the holiday, ensuring seamless service delivery and full support for travelers and customers during the festive period.

Additionally, the Customer Happiness Center in Al Awir will remain open daily from 6:00amto 10:00pm, providing convenient and flexible service to facilitate transactions and meet customer needs efficiently.

GDRFA Dubai emphasised that its digital service platforms remain available around the clock, serving as a primary channel for completing transactions and accessing services quickly and effectively, saving time and enhancing the overall customer experience.

The continuity of services during the holiday reflects the Directorate’s commitment to offering a flexible and smart service environment that meets public expectations.

Customers may also contact the Directorate and submit inquiries related to services through the “Amer” Call Center at the toll-free number 8005111, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
