Dubai: The UAE National Guard, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, successfully carried out an air ambulance mission for an 8-year-old child who experienced a sudden medical emergency while in Qatar.

The operation was conducted with the cooperation and support of Qatari authorities.

After receiving initial treatment at the Heart Hospital of Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar, the young patient was transferred to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for further care.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its appreciation to the State of Qatar for its support and the crucial role played by the UAE Embassy in Doha in ensuring the success of the mission.
