Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has upgraded a range of services and initiatives through its corporate virtual assistant, Mahboub.
This comes as part of RTA’s efforts to streamline digital service delivery across multiple customer segments.

The move marks the introduction of the next generation of the 360 Services Policy, aimed at providing integrated, seamless, and proactive digital services accessible via shared platforms such as the DubaiNow application.

RTA said the updates are aligned with its Digital Strategy 2030, which complements Dubai’s overarching digital agenda and aims to create a 100 per cent data-driven, agile, and technology-enabled transport sector. The initiative also ties in with the Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2030, strengthening Dubai’s position as a global leader in AI-powered mobility solutions.
