“The calendar is confirmed. There are still a few tickets to be sold in Abu Dhabi… and we stay focused on delivering the calendar we promised at the beginning of the year,” Domenicali said.

He added that preparations for the December 3-6 event were progressing well, with some tickets still available.

The confirmation comes as fans plan travel and accommodation for the final race of the 2026 Formula One calendar.

Saood Abdulaziz Al Hosani, Undersecretary of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, said the emirate has hosted Formula One since 2009 and that the race has created opportunities for its tourism, hospitality and events sectors.

“We look forward to welcoming international F1 fans once again for the conclusion of a thrilling season,” he said.

Saif Rashid Al Noaimi, CEO of Ethara, which promotes the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, said preparations were continuing for the December event.

The race weekend will include Formula One action at Yas Marina Circuit, alongside concerts and other entertainment and hospitality events across Yas Island.

Ticket availability is now limited, with organisers advising fans to check remaining options ahead of the season finale.
