His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council (DSC), tonight crowned the winners of the 13th edition of the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards, held on the sidelines of the 17th Dubai International Sports Conference at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. He was joined by Mattar Al Tayer​ the Deputy Chairman of Dubai Sports Council.

Egyptian national team and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah won the TikTok Fans’ Player of the Year Award at the glitzy event.

Former Manchester United and England star Wayne Rooney won the Best Player-Career award.

Italy legend Paolo Maldini was named Sports Director of the Year.

Sergio Ramos, former Spanish and Real Madrid star and the current French club Paris Saint-Germain player, was adjudged Defender of the Year.

Former Italy striker Francesco Totti was also present at the glitzy awards ceremony.

Former Liverpool and Crystal Palace defender Mamadou Sakho was one of many high profile footballers at the event.

AC Milan and Swedish national team star Zlatan Ibrahimovic was also presented with the Best Player-Career award.

Former Arsenal and Man City defender Bacary Sanya.

Adriano Galliani, the former CEO of Italian club AC Milan and current CEO of Serie A club Monza, won the Best Executive Director-Career award.
