Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has always been guarded about her personal life and it's no surprise that she wants to keep her wedding plans close to her chest. Her big day where she marries actor Vicky Kaushal, we are told, is on December 9 at a hotel in Rajasthan. But in today's age it's almost impossible to keep anything secret and this couple is learning it the hard way. Despite their best efforts, details about their special week is trickling in. We poured through several reports about this to glean the most important details of their impending nuptials. So here's what is out there in the public domain right now.

Kaif and Kaushal are expected to tie the knot at the Six Senses Fort Barwara, which has been converted into a heritage hotel, in Sawai Madhopur on December 9. More than 120 guests have been invited and they are all required to carry full vaccination certificate and negative RT-PCR report to gain entry into the wedding. According to a report in IANS, the law-enforcement officials in Rajasthan have convened various meetings for crowd control.

Security has already beefed up at the wedding venue. According to several reports, the wedding guests have been assigned secret codes and those codes will ensure their smooth entry into the high-profile celebration. The wedding planners have skipped the process of names to ensure privacy and secrecy on who's attending Kaif's big day.

While the guest list is a secret, names such as Alia Bhatt, Salman Khan, Kabir Khan, and Mini Mathur has been bandied about quite often in the run up to their wedding. Both the bride and the groom have refrained from interacting with the local media in Mumbai. Earlier today, Kaif was spotted exiting the gym in workout gear, indicating that the fitness queen will in top athletic form as she runs down the aisle to say 'I do'.

With fans hanging on every nugget of information being brandished, a new report by India Today now claims that Kaif and Kaushal will be married in a specially designed gazebo made of glass. According to the report, the mandap (an erected stage for Hindu wedding ceremonies) where Kaif and Kaushal will allegedly circle the sacred fire will be made out of glass, while tents have also been specially ordered from Mumbai, which will be installed inside the hotel.

A couple of days ago, designer Shane and Falgun Peacock were spotted at Kaif's residence spurring rumours that they are the designers on call to design her wedding dress. There's also a strong rumour that Sabyasachi Mukerji will be designing the would-be-groom's outfit for his big day. While Kaushal is a good actor, it's Kaif who's relatively more popular and seasoned in Bollywood. Therefore, all eyes seem to be on Kaif and what kind of a bride she would make.

Actress Isabelle is famously close to her celebrity sibling and she was spotted at a clinic in Mumbai today, possibly preparing for the big day in her family. Kaif was also spotted exiting a local clinic. At all points, both Kaif and Kaushal are masked and have been photographed waving at the paparazzi that's following their every move.

A new report by Times of India adds that the couple will host a grand reception for their industry friends in Mumbai when they return.

The bride and the groom are expected to cart themselves to the wedding venue in a helicopter to avoid the press. According to a report in IANS, special instructions have been issued to put event-related stickers on all vehicles associated with the wedding.
