Juma Al Majid Est, sole distributor for Hyundai and Kia vehicles in the UAE, has inaugurated a 13,750 square metre service centre in the Ras Al Khor area.

It is equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment and is operated by experienced engineers, technicians and service advisors to handle up to 3,000 vehicles per month.

With this, Juma Al Majid now has a network of modern showrooms and service centres throughout the country.

The new service centre is part of Juma Al Majid's expansion plans to meet the increasing number of Hyundai and Kia vehicle sales in the UAE.

The company now has 11 service centres and 14 parts centres.

The new centre consists of a large workshop of more than 120 automobile bays dedicated to major repairs and services; separate working bays with separate receptions and cashiers for quick, minor services; separate bays for traffic inspections, a fully equipped training centre, a huge parts inventory depot storing more than 150,000 items, and spacious customer receiving and waiting lounges as well as ample covered parking.

"In light of the successful sales of Juma Al Majid in the UAE, it is important for us to expand our facilities to ensure customer satisfaction with our products after purchase.

"The centre's services and design are intended to exceed customer expectations of our service operations by offering an advanced, modern, convenient facility," said Hesham Suleiman, after-sales services director.

The first Juma Al Majid service centre opened in 1983 and could handle no more than 3,000 vehicles annually.

The centres handle more than 100,000 customers annually. The new service centre expects to deal with up to 40,000 customers per year.
