He’s coming back with his band to perform, alright. But it looks like the multi-talented frontman of Thirty Seconds to Mars, the Oscar-winner Jared Leto, is going to take time off to talk movies too.

An entry has popped up on adventuresinwonderland.com, a website which sells fan experiences, which says Leto will be attending a screening of his documentary film, Artifact, on September 24 in Dubai, and take part in a Q&A right after that. Fans will also get a chance to take pictures with the star and get signed copies of the film’s DVD. A location has not been confirmed.

Thirty Seconds to Mars are scheduled to perform on September 25 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, as part of the Dubai Music Week line-up. Jason Derulo and Ellie Goulding are some of the other performers.

Artifact is directed by Leto, under the pseudonym Bartholmew Cubbins, and details the band’s struggle with their former label EMI, who sued them for $30 million in an attempt to stop them from leaving the label. The film was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2012 where it won the People’s Choice Award.

Tickets to Thirty Seconds to Mars’ September 25 performance are priced at Dh295 (General Admission), Dh395 (Fan Pit) and Dh550 (VIP). Go to ticketmaster.ae
