Kamal Haasan’s next thriller called ‘Cheekati Rajyam’ in Telugu

The Telugu version of filmmaker Kamal Haasan’s upcoming Tamil thriller Thoongaavanam is titled Cheekati Rajyam. The film will be simultaneously shot in both languages.

“The title of the Telugu version of the movie has been decided as Cheekati Rajyam. This will be a bilingual. The first look [preview] of the movie will be unveiled on Sunday,” a source from the film’s unit said.

The film, to be directed by Kamal’s longtime associate Rajesh M. Selva, features Trisha Krishnan and Prakash Raj in important roles.

Manisha Koirala has been approached to play Haasan’s wife in the movie.

Ghibran will be composing the music in the movie. This is his fourth collaboration with Hassan.
