Technology industry sees highest turnover rate

The technology industry in the Middle East and North Africa saw the highest turnover rate compared to other industries in 2017, with the most number of employees leaving their companies.

According to data from LinkedIn, 12.3 per cent of employees working in the technology sector left their companies in 2017, giving the industry the highest turnover rate. it was followed by the professional services sector at an 11.1 per cent turnover rate, and the telecommunications sector at a 9.65 per cent rate.
