Nakheel calls in tenders for Nad Al Sheba Mall

Nakheel has released a tender for Nad Al Sheba Mall, a 1.4 million square foot shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Nad Al Sheba.

This comes a month after Nakheel Malls began leasing at the Mall, which will have 200 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets spread across 500,000 square feet. Contracts for the first tenants are being finalised. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2017, with completion in 2020. Located just off Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, it will be the retail hub of Nad Al Sheba, a well-populated community with around 11,500 high-end villas.
